Hollywood Pact With Stupid

Actor Danny Glover (medium skinned Negro with Negro dialect) says the Haiti earthquake is the result of screwed-up climate change talks in Copenhagen: “When we see what we did at the climate summit in Copenhagen, this is the response, this is what happens, you know what I’m sayin’?”

Shhhh... Not Too Loud, Fort Hood Attack Was Terrorism

It's official - the Fort Hood terror attack by Army Major Nadal Hasan was an act of terrorism. Thirteen Americans were killed and 43 more were wounded by one Muslim who didn't want to kill people in Iraq or Afghanistan, but killing Americans at home didn't bother him.

In a Friday announcement, hoping no one would notice, an anonymous senior Obama official depicted
"...the Fort Hood shooting as "an act of terrorism," the first time an administration official has used that term in describing the massacre.

"To me, what he did certainly was using terror at its worst," the official said, defining terrorism as the use of violence to promote political beliefs. The official spoke to reporters on condition of anonymity in order to provide insight into the administration's discussions.

The acknowledgement was stunning given the criticism from conservatives over the administration's reluctance to call the incident an act of terror."
FOX News
Two months late, but better late than never. Or is it? No, not really. Not when Obama was able to pass immediate judgement on US Marines and CIA agents for the lawful killings of terrorists on the battlefield, judged an entire Police Dept as stupid for arresting a belligerent university professor Obama friend who happened to be black; not when any moron could see it was a terror attack and millions of American morons saw it as terror on first report. Obama once again shows he's no moron, just incompetent.

When a Muslim kills or tries to kill Americans or any other non-Muslim, it's jihad and that's terrorism.

Coakley Goon Bum Rushed Reporter

John McCormack, deputy online editor for The Weekly Standard, was roughed up by what appearred to be a Coakley bodyguard outside the Sonoma restaurant on Capital Hill last night. The video makes clear McCormack was attacked and that Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley (Dem) was aware of the incident. Coakley is campaigning to fill the Massachusetts Senate seat vacated by Ted Kennedy.

McCormack was asking a question of Coakley when attacked. Coakley staffers later told McCormack they didn't know the pusher man. The Boston Herald/Associated Press identifies the man as the president of Blue Line Strategic Communications in Washington, D.C., Michael Meehan (Linkedin bio here.)

JDJournal reported Meehan's departure from BGR Group, his employer until a few days before Blue Line was formed.

BGR Group has lost four staffers, including Democratic bigwigs Michael Meehan and David DiMartino.

Meehan and DiMartino were the lobbying firm’s first Democratic hires, when the traditionally Republican firm went bipartisan in 2007.

The pair will head spin-off firm Blue Line Strategic Communications. Two unnamed BGR staffers are joining them.

Meehan was chief of staff to Washington Democratic Senator Maria Cantwell, and an adviser on John Kerry’s presidential campaign.

BGR Group is a bipartisan government relations, strategic communications, and investment banking firm with offices in Washington DC and London.
Perhaps the pushing was retaliation for yesterday's Weekly Standard's reporting that Coakley approved an ad that misspelled Massachusetts.

Paid for by Massachusettes Democratic Party and Authorized by Martha Coakley for Senate. Approved by Martha Coakley.

Porn Stars on Airport Full-body Scans

Since the Panty Bomber struck on Christmas Day a lot of people are concerned about TSA full-body scanning at airports. Citizen journalist Chris Morrow, for CNN iReport, interviewed film and video stars, and other assorted entertainers to get their opinions at AVN - Adult Video Expo 2010.

Seems silly to ask porn stars their opinion concerning privacy-invading full-body scans in public places, but they are flying citizens too. And there are some surprising responses.

Order of Appearance:
Margaret Cho - Comedian
Ron Jeremy - Adult Star
Delene Armani - Adult Star
Dave Navarro - Musician
Emily Rigby- Adult Star
Jessica Drake - Adult Star
Sasha Grey - Adult Star
Robin Leach - TV Personality
Veronica Reed - Adult Star
Monica Mayhem - Adult Star
Lance Gilman - Mustang Ranch
Joanna Angel - Adult Star
Nikki Rhodes - Adult Star
Dave Attell - Comedian
Kirsten Price - Adult Star
Nina Hartley - Adult star
Katie Price - Adult Star
Nina Hartley makes a good point when she says, "...[I]t wouldn't have done anything for the Christmas Day bomber because of the nature of the material and where it was placed." I agree with her, the scanner would not have been able to distinguish between bomb material, genitalia, or a bowel movement.

It's interesting that the views of porn stars, at least of those asked, seem to be more conservative than mainstream Hollywood stars. More than one said that safety is a high priority, racial profiling should be used, and stop treating this as a police matter and get on with the war.
