TOTUS Was Pushed

While Obama was delivering a speech on the economic recovery today, TOTUS, the presidential teleprompter, crashed to the floor, shattered. When Obama said, "...to pull our economy..." there was the clash of glass on wood. Obama interupted himself long enough to say, "Oh, my goodness. Sorry 'bout that guys."

The One then proceeded with his remarks, "...to pull our economy back from the brink, including the largest and most sweeping economic recovery plan in our nation's history. If we had not taken that step, our cities would be in a (sic) even deeper hole."

Okay, nevermind that the O-man didn't even acknowledge a debt to the late-TOTUS, but he has absolutely no evidence our cities would be in a deeper hole. Because he forced cities to participate in the largest bailout scam in US history before properly surveilling the situation to determine the extent of the financial problem or possible solutions, including doing nothing, he simply went ahead like a bull in a china shop.

Now he's declaring that the hole could have been deeper had the government done nothing. He didn't try doing nothing. He only tried doing something and doing something caused a big hole that doing nothing may have avoided. Now we'll never know.

Not only do the majority of Americans not believe the actions of the One are helping, but apparently TOTUS didn't believe the words he's saying either. Obama's uttered nonsense caused the death of TOTUS from sheer embarrassment. Perhaps the new TOTUS will toe the party line more assiduously and not go off script.

Exactly Tom. Too many lies weakened the supports and the glass fell to the floor.
