Streets of San Francisco Terror

Crazy man attacks San Franciscans or terrorist attacks San Franciscans - you be the judge:

In San Francisco, the attacks began around 1 p.m., but it was unclear in what order:

**Bloodied sheets and rags are left on the sidewalk at California Street near Presidio in front of the Jewish Community Center after a hit-and-run incident.

** Two people, one of them a child, were critically injured around by a sport-utility vehicle on the 3500 block of California Street in Laurel Heights.

** Three people were hit at California and Fillmore streets. Witnesses said they included a man with a broken hip and a woman with a gashed head.

** Two people were seriously hurt at Bush and Pierce streets and one person was seriously injured at Bush and Buchanan streets, police said. One person suffered minor injuries in an incident at 1850 Fillmore Street.

**Two other people suffered minor injuries when they were hit at Pine and Divisadero streets, and another two were hit and suffered minor injuries at Divisadero and Bush Street.
Omeed Aziz Popal has been arrested in the hit and run death spree. His address is in Ceres, Stanilaus County, California and Fremont. Investigators believe Popal is the same driver involved in a hit and run that killed a 55 yr old man walking in the bicycle lane near Fremont Blvd and Ferry Lane in the city of Fremont only blocks from Popal's most recent address.

Police are interviewing Popals family to find out why he may have run-down more than a dozen infidels. From Fremont, he had to drive quite a way to get to the neighborhood of the Jewish Center. Popal drove from there in the direction of downtown San Francisco then turned around and drove west on California Street back toward the Jewish Center. He was finally stopped by police on the corner of California and Spruce Streets about 5 blocks away.

Have you decided, yet?

Note: I have just finished watching the local and state TV newscasts of ABC, NBC, and CBS. Only CBS had a short story without mention of the assailants name or the Jewish Center. SURPRISE!

How much longer is the American public going to put up with this shit? It isn't just sloppy journalism, it is blatant bias. It is a damn shame that the only place I can get the real news is on the blogosphere. I am so thankful for people like the Indigo Dude.
