We've Already Lost
The 'Kelo' decision was an erroneous reading of the Constitution. The takings clause specifically says 'public use' not 'public benefit'. Taking private property for private use is not what the Founders intended.
Members of Congress have already introduced legislation to limit the use of eminent domain and spell out exactly what the takings clause means.
'Kelo' directly reflects a UN program called Agenda 21 which specifies the confiscation of private property by the various government agencies in order to engineer a better environment and society. In Britain, 10 thousand homes will be razed under the same international law principles that decided 'Kelo'.
'Kelo' and Agenda 21 negate our rights to privately own property in favor of community owned property. Slowly, insidiously the UN is entering our nation, our homes to institute the global village.
Next summer, the UN will meet to vote on the question of private ownership of all types of guns. Even if the US does not sign and the majority of nations do, the international law will hang over our heads until a sympathetic president and congress comes along willing to sign away our 2nd Amendment right to "bear arms".
Right now in Rome , July 4-9, the USA has agreed, in a formal written declaration, to sign the Codex Alimentarius Commission which will completely destroy the Dietary Supplement, Health and Education Act of 1994. This venture between the United Nation's World Health Organization and Food and Agriculture Organization will remove our rights to purchase over-the-counter vitamins and other dietary supplements and make them obtainable only through prescription.
Slowly, but surely, America is disappearing. The program has been in operation since 1976 and is well into the unstoppable phases. We have already lost and we didn't even know we were under attack.
